Shipping Policy
Please be aware that the free shipping policy is applicable only when specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers. Kindly note the following shipping policies:
- A complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential to ensure the successful shipment of your order. Please double-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
- If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, we will produce them and dispatch them within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed in such circumstances.
- Our courier partners will deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Once your package is dispatched, we will email you the order tracking details. We appreciate your patience until then.
