Refund and Exchange Policy
At Kathanjali, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not generally accept return or refund requests once an order is confirmed, we recognize that certain situations may require special attention. In the following unlikely scenarios, we are committed to working with our patrons to find a suitable resolution:
Damaged or Incorrect Item:
Notify Kathanjali of a damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to kathanjalifoods@gmail.com.
Include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product in the email.
For multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.
Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Improper Sealing or Expiry:
If the product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery or has expired, please contact us at
kathanjalifoods@gmail.com
by sending atleast 1 video and 1 photo of the product
Provide the order number and relevant details, and we will address the issue promptly.
Missing Product:
Notify Kathanjali of a missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to
kathanjalifoods@gmail.com
.
Include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received in the email.
While we are unable to accept a refund request, we will promptly re-send the missing product.
Spoiled Product:
Notify Kathanjali of spoilage of the product within 10 days from the delivery date via email to
kathanjalifoods@gmail.com
.
Include the order number, date of packaging/date of manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product in the email.
Rest assured, our team will thoroughly assess each case and provide full assistance to ensure your satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
